Christian principles with Kingdom Building motives, we began servicing the Triangle market in 1995. Starting with the founders, Matt and Nate Fairfield, CLC was first known as Carolinian Landscape
Company. Nate and Matt grew up in Plymouth, NC – where hard work and standing behind your work is a way of life. At CLC, we pledge to work hard for our clients and stand behind our work on your

What is turn-key?
Turn-key describes the level of service that includes provision of all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete our scope of work.
What is plate-down?
Plate-down construction describes all construction activities up to the sill-plate. CLC provides grading, erosion control, foundation, and services.
Our services:
Grading: – All work involved to establish lot preparation for construction, ensure proper drainage of land and structures, and perform final clean-up and landscaping .
Erosion Control: – All work required to ensure the construction site is responsibly maintained in accordance with EPA regulations and local codes regarding the control of sediment and storm
water.
Foundation: – All work related to the foundation supporting the structure(s) being built. This includes footings, composite masonry walls, monolithic slab foundations, foundation repairs,
and sealed crawl-spaces.
Concrete: – All work necessary to grade, form, place, and finish concrete driveways, porches, patios, sidewalks, garage floors, and stamped concrete.
